Q1.3: What is the venue and its complete address?
Ans: The AIPx Global Summit 2026 will be held at:

Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld
999/99 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan
Bangkok 10330, Thailand

Located in the heart of Bangkok, it is one of the city’s premier five-star conference destinations, offering world-class facilities and excellent connectivity.

Q1.4: What is the AIPx Global Summit all about?

Ans: The AIPx Global Summit is an international gathering that brings together the global Intellectual Property community under one roof.

Through this platform, participants have the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss real-world IP challenges, exchange diverse perspectives, and build meaningful professional connections.

The Summit is designed not only for learning, but also for starting meaningful conversations, building lasting relationships, and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

Q1.5: Is there a theme for the 2026 event?
Ans: Yes. The theme of the AIPx Global Summit 2026 is: “AI & IP: Open the Vault of Disruptive Innovation”

The theme reflects how rapidly artificial intelligence is reshaping innovation, creativity, ownership, protection, and commercialization across the global IP ecosystem.

Through diverse perspectives and open conversations, we hope to explore not only the challenges created by this transformation, but also the opportunities that lie ahead.

Our purpose is simple: to bring great minds together, encourage meaningful dialogue, and collectively explore the future of innovation and intellectual property.

Q1.6: In which language will the conference be conducted?
Ans: All conference sessions and official discussions will be conducted in English. At present, translation or interpretation services will not be available during the Summit.

Q1.7: Is the AIPx Global Summit focused only on Patents?

Ans: No. The AIPx Global Summit covers the full spectrum of Intellectual Property, including Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Designs, Trade Secrets, IP Licensing, Commercialization, Enforcement, Litigation, AI & IP, and other emerging areas.

Our aim is to bring the wider global IP community together on one platform for meaningful knowledge exchange, discussion, and collaboration.

Q1.8: How many countries are represented at the AIPx Global Summit?

Ans: Our Bangkok Edition is bringing together participants from 25+ countries, reflecting a truly diverse and international IP community. This global participation brings different perspectives, experiences, and ideas under one roof, making every discussion and interaction more valuable.

Q1.9: How many participants are expected to attend the conference?
Ans: We expect around 350 participants from across the globe to attend the AIPx Global Summit.

We believe that smaller, focused gatherings create more meaningful networking and productive discussions. The success of a conference is not measured only by the number of people in the room, but by the quality of conversations, connections, and opportunities that emerge from it.

That is why we aim to create a focused environment where decision-makers, IP professionals, industry leaders, and innovators have genuine opportunities to meet, exchange ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships.

Our aim is simple: not just a bigger gathering, but a more meaningful one.

Q1.10: Would online participation be possible?

Ans: We currently organize our conferences exclusively in an offline, in-person format, as we truly believe that some of the most meaningful professional connections happen when people meet face-to-face.

While online platforms offer convenience, an in-person gathering creates a different kind of experience. It allows participants to have deeper conversations, exchange ideas more naturally, meet speakers and fellow professionals personally, and build relationships that often continue long after the conference ends.

For us, a conference is not only about listening to sessions; it is about meeting people, sharing experiences, exchanging perspectives, and creating genuine professional connections. This is why we encourage participants to join us in person and experience the complete value of the AIPx Global Summit.

Q1.11: What is the Media, Photography & Recording Policy?

Ans: Throughout the AIPx Global Summit, our official media team may capture photographs and videos of sessions, networking moments, and other event activities. These moments help us preserve and share the energy, ideas, connections, and memorable experiences that make the Summit special.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent that such photographs and recordings may be used by AIPx Global for official purposes, including our website, social media, event publications, marketing materials, and future promotional initiatives.

We remain mindful of our participants and aim to capture the event in a professional and respectful manner.

Q1.12: What is the dress code for the Summit?

Ans: The recommended attire for the conference is business casual. We also suggest wearing comfortable footwear, as there will be plenty of movement and networking throughout the event.

Q1.13: Will a hard copy of the event brochure be provided during the conference?

Ans: As part of our commitment to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible event, AIPx Global has moved away from printing full hard copies of conference materials from its 2026 editions onward.

The complete digital brochure and agenda will be easily accessible through a QR code, allowing participants to view or download the latest information directly on their devices while helping us reduce unnecessary paper consumption.

For convenience during the Summit, we will still provide a compact pocket agenda featuring essential information such as session timings, meeting rooms, and key program details for quick reference throughout the day.

We sincerely invite all participants to support this environment-friendly initiative. A small change, when embraced collectively, can make a meaningful difference.

Go Digital. Go Green. Every page saved is a small step toward a greener future.

Q1.14: Can you help arrange local sightseeing after the event?

Ans: AIPx Global does not directly organize sightseeing or leisure travel. We suggest contacting the hotel’s official travel or concierge desk.

The hotel’s travel and concierge team can help you plan local sightseeing tours, transportation, and excursions based on your schedule and interests, making it easier for you to explore and enjoy Bangkok and its wonderful culture during your visit.

For your safety and convenience, we recommend using the hotel’s authorized services or other reputable travel providers rather than unverified local agents.

Q1.15:  Are special hotel rates available for AIPx Global Summit participants?

Ans: Yes. To make your stay more convenient, special discounted room rates may be available for registered AIPx participants at the official event hotel and selected nearby hotels, subject to room availability.

For information on hotel options, special rates, and booking procedures, please visit our Accommodation page or contact us at info@aipxglobal.com

We recommend booking your accommodation early, as rooms offered at special conference rates are limited and subject to availability.

Q1.16:  How can I stay updated about event news and announcements?

Ans: You can stay updated by following our official LinkedIn page or by completing the “Stay Informed” form on the AIPx Global website.

Once subscribed, you will receive event news, speaker updates, important announcements, and other relevant information at regular intervals.

Important updates related to your registration or participation will be communicated directly to your registered email address.

Q1.17:  Do I need to follow the conference schedule and timings?

Ans: Yes. To help us keep the conference program running smoothly and ensure that every session receives its scheduled time, we kindly request all speakers and participants to strictly adhere to the published agenda and timings.

Your punctuality helps us create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Q1.18: Can I host a private or Affiliate Event during the AIPx Global Summit?

Ans: Yes. Individuals, law firms, companies, and organizations may propose an Affiliate Event around the AIPx Global Summit, including a cocktail reception, roundtable, in-house counsel meeting, private networking event, dinner meeting, or similar gathering.

To help avoid scheduling conflicts with the official Summit programme and other approved events, prior approval from AIPx Global is required.

Please email your proposed event type, date, time, venue, and expected number of attendees to info@aipxglobal.com. Our team will review the request and confirm the approval status.

Please note that submitting a proposal does not automatically guarantee approval.

Plan your event. Build meaningful connections with the global IP community.

2. Speaker FAQs

Q2.1: How can I apply for a speaking opportunity at the AIPx Global Summit?

Ans: If you are interested in speaking at the AIPx Global Summit, please visit our official website aipxglobal.com and click on “Become a Speaker” to submit your speaking proposal.

Our team will review your proposal and contact you if your profile and proposed topic align with the Summit’s program and available speaking opportunities.

Q2.2: What is the deadline to confirm my participation as a speaker?
Ans: Speaker confirmations are currently being accepted subject to the availability of suitable speaking slots.

Q2.3: How many speakers have been confirmed so far?

Ans: More than 160 distinguished speakers have confirmed their participation. If you would like to receive the current list of confirmed speakers, please email info@aipxglobal.com with the subject line “Request: List of Confirmed Speakers.”

Q2.4: What will be the format of the conference?
Ans: The conference will be held across multiple breakout rooms, with most sessions following an interactive panel discussion format. Each panel will feature 5–6 distinguished speakers and a moderator, bringing together diverse perspectives on a focused topic.

We prefer this format because it encourages meaningful dialogue, exchange of ideas, and audience engagement. Rather than one-way presentations, panel discussions create a collaborative environment where different perspectives come together, making each session more engaging, insightful, and valuable for everyone in the room.

Q2.5: Do speakers receive an honorarium, travel support, or financial assistance?

Ans: All speakers are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and related logistics for attending the AIPx Global Summit.

To make your stay more convenient, our team can share details of special discounted hotel rates available for AIPx speakers and participants at selected partner hotels.

Q2.6: What is the duration of the speaking session?
Ans: Our panel discussions generally run for 90–120 minutes, depending on the number of speakers. We typically prefer 5 speakers and 1 moderator, with each speaker receiving approximately 15 minutes to share their insights. If there are additional speakers, the session duration may be extended to ensure everyone has adequate time.

If a panel has fewer than five speakers, we may conclude the technical discussion earlier and use the remaining time for an “Open-House Networking” session. This gives participants an opportunity to interact directly with the speakers, exchange ideas, ask questions, and build meaningful professional connections.

Our objective is to ensure that every session offers the right balance of knowledge-sharing, interaction, and networking.

Q2.7: Can I print and distribute my presentation materials in the meeting room?

Ans: Yes, speakers may distribute printed presentation materials in the meeting room. However, on-site printing services will not be provided by AIPx Global.

If required, you may check with the hotel’s Business Centre for printing assistance, subject to availability and applicable charges.

To avoid any last-minute inconvenience, we strongly recommend that speakers arrange the required number of printed copies in advance and carry them along to the event.

Q2.8: Will speakers receive a certificate or memento?

Ans: Yes. Every speaker brings not only their knowledge to the AIPx Global Summit, but also their time, experience, and perspective, which adds real value to the conversations we create together.

As a small gesture of our gratitude, each session speaker will receive a special memento/souvenir in recognition of their valuable contribution to the Summit.

The memento is more than a keepsake. We hope that when you see it in your office in the years ahead, it brings back a meaningful memory of the people you met, the ideas you shared, and the connections you built at AIPx.

The Summit may last for two days, but the memories and relationships created here can stay with us for years to come.

Q2.9: When will I receive official event photographs?

Ans: Our professional photography team will capture moments throughout the Summit. As official photographs are taken in high-resolution professional formats, processing them involves selecting, converting, editing, organizing, and uploading a large number of files. We therefore request your patience while our team completes this process carefully.

Official photographs will be made available within approximately 30 days after the event.

For an instant memory, we recommend handing your mobile phone to a fellow participant or team member and asking them to capture a few photographs during your session or while receiving your memento. This way, you will have a personal memory with you immediately, while the professionally processed photographs can follow later.

3. Delegate & Registration FAQs

Q3.1: What is the delegate registration fee?

Ans: We offer a three-tier delegate registration model, allowing participants to choose the option that best suits their business needs, requirements, and budget.

The delegate registration fee ranges from USD 299 to USD 699, depending on the selected registration category.

The standard Business (Prime) Registration fee is USD 599. We follow a dynamic pricing structure, which means the registration fee may gradually increase as available tickets are sold and the event date approaches.

We therefore recommend registering early to secure the best available rate.

Q3.2: I want to register as a group. Are any special discounts available?

Ans: Yes. We offer special group discounts for organizations registering multiple delegates:

  • 3–5 delegates: 10% discount
  • 6–10 delegates: 15% discount
  • More than 10 delegates: 20% discount

For a group discount code or customized quotation, please contact us at info@aipxglobal.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with the most suitable registration option for your group.

Q3.3: Can I combine multiple offers, such as the Early Bird discount, Group discount, or First-Time Attendee coupon code?

Ans: To keep our registration process fair and consistent for everyone, only one discount or promotional offer can be applied to each registration. Early Bird, Group, First-Time Attendee, or any other special offers cannot be combined.

We therefore encourage you to choose the most suitable available offer at the time of registration. Once the registration and payment are completed, additional discounts or coupon codes cannot be applied or adjusted retrospectively.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a simple, transparent, and fair registration policy for all participants.

Q3.4: Can I pay the registration fee on the spot?

Ans: No. We follow an advance registration policy, and on-site registration or payment is not available at the venue.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience on the event day, all participants are kindly requested to complete their registration and payment in advance to confirm their participation.

The registration desk at the venue is dedicated to badge collection, participant assistance, and event support, and therefore does not accept or process registration payments.

Q3.5: Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Ans: Yes. Registration can be transferred to another person by sending a request to info@aipxglobal.com at least 30 days before the event.

Please note that as event badges are printed in advance, we may not be able to issue a newly printed badge for transferred registrations. The replacement delegate’s name will be updated manually on the existing badge at the registration desk.

We recommend informing us as early as possible to help ensure a smooth registration experience for the replacement delegate.

Q3.6: Can I bring a guest with me to the conference?

Ans: Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest. However, all guests must register separately as a delegate to access the conference sessions, networking areas, and other event activities.

This helps us maintain proper event security, seating, catering, and participant arrangements while ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.

Q3.7: After completing my registration, how will I receive my confirmation number?

Ans: Once your registration is successfully completed, a simple three-digit confirmation number will be assigned to you and shared via your registered email address approximately 10 days before the Summit.

For quick and easy badge collection, simply write your three-digit confirmation number on your business card and hand it to our volunteer at the registration counter. Your business card and confirmation number will be sufficient for normal verification and badge collection.

You do not need to carry a printed invoice, payment receipt, or registration confirmation email. However, we recommend keeping a digital copy of your registration confirmation email or payment receipt on your mobile phone as a backup.

In the unlikely event that your registration cannot be immediately located in our system, the digital confirmation will help our team verify your registration quickly and ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Please note: No printed documents are required for badge collection.

Q3.8: What should I do if I misplace my Three-Digit Confirmation Number?
Ans: If you forget or misplace your Three-Digit Confirmation Number, you may experience a brief delay at the registration counter, as our team will need to retrieve your details manually from the registration system.

This process may take a little additional time, particularly during busy registration hours or due to limited on-site Wi-Fi or server connectivity.

To ensure a smooth and quick check-in experience, we strongly recommend keeping your three-digit confirmation number handy when you arrive at the registration counter.

Q3.9: Where is the Registration Desk, and how can I collect my badge?

Ans: On 4 December 2026, upon arrival at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, please proceed to the 22nd Floor, where the AIPx Global Registration Desk will be located near the conference entrance.

Badge Collection Time: 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Our registration and support team will be available to assist you with badge collection and verification. Simply provide your three-digit confirmation number and hand over your business card to one of our registration volunteers.

Once your details are verified, your delegate badge will be handed over to you at the registration counter.

Q3.10: Will I receive the delegate list before the event?

Ans: Yes. The delegate list will be shared approximately 15 days before the event, exclusively to the registered email address of confirmed participants.

The list will include only professional information, such as the Name, Designation, and Organization Name of confirmed participants. To respect everyone’s privacy, we do not share personal contact details. If you wish to connect with a participant, you may reach out to them directly through LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.

Q3.11: Does AIPx Global sell or share delegate lists with contact details?

Ans: No. AIPx Global never sells or shares delegate lists containing personal contact details. We take the privacy of our participants seriously.

Please be cautious of any individual or organization claiming to sell an AIPx Global delegate or attendee list with email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal contact information. Such offers are not authorized by or associated with AIPx Global.

If you receive any such communication, please do not make any payment and report it to us at info@aipxglobal.com.

Q3.12: Will participants receive a certificate?

Ans: Yes. A Digital Certificate of Participation is available to delegates upon request after the conclusion of the event.

To receive your certificate, please email us at info@aipxglobal.com approximately 15 days after the conference, using your registered email address. Our team will be happy to assist you.

4. Sponsorship FAQs

Q4.1: Why should an organization sponsor the AIPx Global Summit?

Ans: Sponsoring the AIPx Global Summit is more than brand visibility. It is an opportunity to place your organization in front of an international community of IP professionals, in-house counsels, industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers.

AIPx creates an environment where sponsors can meet potential clients and partners, strengthen existing relationships, start new conversations, and build visibility in markets beyond their own jurisdiction.

We believe our sponsors invest in relationships, not one-time transactions. The Summit may conclude in two days, but the relationships, trust, and connections you build here can continue for years to come.

Because events have an end date. Meaningful relationships do not.
