Cancellation Policy

All registrations are non-refundable.

Once a registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation, non-attendance, travel disruptions, visa refusal, personal commitments, medical reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

However, the registration fee may be transferred to a future AIPx Global event or substituted with another participant from the same organization, subject to prior written approval from AIPx Global and applicable deadlines.

AIPx Global reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any registration transfer or substitution. 

 

 

Substitution Policy

Participant substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the start of the event, provided that the substituting individual meets the event’s eligibility criteria and is approved by AIPx Global.

If the new participant is confirmed less than 30 days before the event, we may not be able to print the updated name on the conference badge. In such cases, the badge will be issued with the delegate’s name handwritten.

If the substituting participant is not approved, the registration will be treated as a cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

 

Refund Processing Policy

As all registrations are final and non-refundable, no refund requests will be processed under any circumstances. Therefore, no refund processing timeline is applicable.

 

No-Show Policy

Registrants who do not attend the event and do not notify us in advance will not be issued a refund or a credit.

 

Event Cancellation Policy (By the Organiser)

If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, registered delegates can choose either a full refund or a credit for the next AIPx Global event.

 

Event Cancellation Policy (Act of God Clause)

AIPx Global is not liable for any delay, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, earthquake, war, fire, flood, terrorism, pandemics or other force majeure events. In such situations, we may reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. While refunds may not be issued, delegates will have the option to transfer their registration credit to a future AIPx Global event.
