Alan Ng is a seasoned Senior Intellectual Property Counsel with nearly two decades of experience navigating the intersection of IP, technology, and innovation. In his global role at Amadeus IT Group, Alan advises management and business units across the company’s travel technology ecosystem, serving as a strategic partner on IP matters.

His expertise spans IP commercialization, licensing, technology transfer, and intangible asset valuation, with a strong track record in structuring IP strategies for partnerships, M&A, and research collaborations. Alan also plays a key role in shaping corporate policy on emerging technologies, including trade secret protection and generative AI use.

Prior to joining Amadeus, Alan held leadership roles in multinational tech firms, universities, and national research institutes. He holds degrees in Engineering, Law, and Business Administration, and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators as well as a certified patent valuation analyst.
