Alex Levin is an intellectual property strategist, technology entrepreneur, and consultant whose work sits at the intersection of patent portfolio management, product strategy, and AI-enabled innovation. He is the Co-founder and Head of IP at PioneerIP, an AI-powered patent intelligence platform designed for patent owners, law firms, and in-house IP counsel. PioneerIP focuses on automated patent infringement searches, portfolio analysis, and tools that help organizations identify licensing opportunities, detect unauthorized use, and improve the commercial value of patent assets. The platform has earned recognition as a top-ranked patent infringement tool and has gained traction with IP teams across the technology sector.

Alongside his work at PioneerIP, Levin is a founding partner of Levin Consulting Group, a boutique IP management firm established in 2007. At LCG, he works across patent portfolio analysis, IP strategy development, business development, and commercialization activities — helping technology companies align intellectual property decisions with broader business goals. The firm supports clients across an international practice spanning markets including Israel, Canada, the United States, and beyond.

Levin's background combines technical, business, and legal training. His education includes an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an LLM in Intellectual Property from Osgoode Hall Law School, alongside earlier technical studies in computers, electronics, and electrical and computer science.
