Dr. Benjamin Delsol is an award-winning Intellectual Property strategist, European Patent Attorney, and litigator, recognized among the Top 300 World’s Leading IP Strategists by IAM. He is the founder and CEO of DELSOL Group, a Swiss-based ecosystem dedicated to transforming knowledge, innovation, and intangible assets into sustainable growth engines for companies operating at the frontiers of science and technology.

With a unique multidisciplinary background, Dr. Delsol combines a PhD in Quantum Physics, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Management, and a diploma in cognitive neuroscience. This rare combination allows him to bridge advanced scientific understanding with strategic business thinking, helping organizations not only protect innovation, but also structure, manage, and monetize it in a way that strengthens competitiveness and long-term value creation.

An active member of LES France – Licensing Executives Society, Dr. Delsol also lectures for the European Patent Office and several universities, teaching advanced methodologies in IP management and intangible asset strategy.
