Dr. Oliver Wolff-Rojczyk has been admitted to the bar since 1994 and advises companies extensively on IT law, copyright, software and licensing law, trademark and unfair competition law, as well as intellectual property protection and enforcement, including litigation, with a particular focus on product piracy and IT compliance. He represents rights holders in civil and criminal proceedings, supports complex IT projects, conducts contract negotiations, and assists in response to cyberattacks, including forensic work and coordination with authorities. His clients include leading international and domestic software manufacturers.
