Ralph Nack is a German and UPC (Unified Patent Court) patent litigator, heading one of the most active patent litigation teams in the European market. He is considered as thought leader in Standard Essential Patent (SEP) and FRAND litigation. He further focusses on life sciences, medical devices, network security, semiconductors, and OLED technology.

Ralph studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Munich, Washington (DC) and Tokyo (Todai). He is recognized in all relevant directories as leading patent litigator and strategist. He holds the Otto Hahn Award of the Max Planck Society.
