Fabian Braches, LL.M., is the Founding Partner of EINS.legal, a Germany-based boutique law firm dedicated to intellectual property, trademarks, and brand protection. A dual Certified Specialist (“Fachanwalt”) in Intellectual Property Law as well as Copyright and Media Law, Fabian has built a strong reputation for safeguarding the rights of luxury brands, media companies, and innovative businesses across Germany and Europe.

His practice covers the full spectrum of IP strategy—from trademark clearance and prosecution before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), EUIPO, and WIPO, through to litigation, counterfeit enforcement, customs seizures, and domain disputes. Fabian has represented leading companies in the luxury, media, and industrial sectors in high-stakes trademark disputes spanning Germany, the EU, the UK, and the USA.

Fabian’s academic and professional path has been closely linked to the intersection of IP and technology. During his LL.M. studies at the University of Westminster in London (2009), he authored one of the early master’s theses on trademark infringement in virtual worlds. This pioneering work laid the foundation for his continuing expertise in the legal implications of emerging technologies, including intellectual property in the metaverse, NFTs, and virtual brand use. Today, he is a recognized thought leader in this field, advising clients on novel IP challenges in Web3 environments and digital asset markets.
