Kirk is one of the co-founders of KellDann Law, an IP, AI, and tech-focused law firm. From D.C. to Tokyo, Kirk helps companies tackle complex technology challenges, from high-stakes patent prosecution and litigation to portfolio development, cross-border licensing, and maximizing IP value.  Kirk is the developer of PatentAgility, a free and open-source AI-based patent analysis toolkit.  Kirk is also a graduate student at Dartmouth, where his research focuses on deep learning, machine vision, and field-programmable gate arrays.
