Max Ng is the Senior Director of Gateway Law Corporation and Gateway IP Services.  

He has acted in a wide range of significant and reported IP cases. His expertise is consistently recognised in leading international directories such as Who’s Who Legal, Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500, World Trademark Review, and World IP Review.   

Max is also an empanelled arbitrator with institutions including SIAC and AIAC, and holds fellowships with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the Bali International Arbitration & Mediation Center.  

Beyond practice, Max contributes actively as a speaker, mentor, and pro bono advisor, sharing insights at industry forums, entrepreneurship programmes, and educational institutions.  His combination of deep legal expertise,s thought leadership, and community involvement has established him as one of Singapore’s leading IP and technology lawyers.
