Mitchell Rosenfeld, CEO of patent monetization company EquIP IP Management LLC and Managing Director of patent advisory company Equip Advisors LLC.  Mitch is an intellectual property (IP) strategist with over three decades of patent expertise. He is a seasoned dealmaker, representing diverse clients from Fortune 50 companies to startups, and has directly transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in IP assets. His career includes leadership roles in investment banking, notably as a Director in Houlihan Lokey's Tech+IP group and founding the IP Advisory & Transaction practice at Stout before establishing EquIP Advisors. Recognized annually since 2011 by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine on their "IAM 300" and "IAM 1000" lists, Mitch was further honored as one of the Top 40 Market Makers of 2023 for his pivotal role in Quarterhill's sale of WiLAN.
