Professor Master Mark Engelman is an IP barrister practicing before the English Courts and Dubai International Financial Courts. He was a pharmacologist and was in-house counsel to Dunlop Slazenger and The Body Shop before returning to the Bar. He was non-executive director of Alexander McQueen's company and others including the Development Council of The Globe Theatre London. His cases include Intel v CPM on trade mark dilution before the CJEU and Adrian Jacobs v JK Rowling - non textual copyright infringement before the High Court London.
