Mr. Ramakrishna Damodharan is a patent and trademark attorney and has been in practice for more than 24 years. He is a registered patent, trademark, industrial design, geographical indications and new plant variety and grant of breeder’s right agent in Malaysia and has degrees in Applied Chemistry and Law from University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. He has recently completed his PhD in law.

Damodharan is actively involved in the promotion of IP, speaking at many local and foreign conferences and has conducted training in various countries such as Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Thailand, Vietnam etc. 

He is the Managing Director of Adipven (M) Sdn. Bhd., a boutique IP firm based in Kuala Lumpur as well as one of the Directors of Robomy Sdn. Bhd. which is involved in the research and development in the AI space.
