Roberto Valenti

Roberto Valenti is partner of DLA Piper and is based in the Milan office. He is the head of the Life Science Sector at DLA Piper Italy and President of the Life Sciences Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.  
 
Roberto focuses on IP litigation, including matters relating to trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, designs, unfair competition and misleading and comparative advertising. He also has experience dealing with IP non-contentious matters, such as drafting license and transfer agreements relating to trade secrets, patents, trademarks, copyrights and designs.

Roberto is also engaged in verifying IP portfolios and evaluating intangible assets in M&A scenarios.
