Ron Toledano is a partner at Spiegel Ryan and heads the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. With a broad practice spanning patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, and licensing, Ron provides strategic legal and business advice to clients across a range of industries.

A registered Canadian Trademark Agent, Ron has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting trademark applications. He is known for his practical, business-oriented approach and regularly advises clients at all stages of business development.

Ron has authored numerous publications on trademark law, quantum computing IP, and related areas of intellectual property.
