Rupin Bahl is the Founding Partner of Bahl & Bajaj and an accomplished legal professional with over a decade of experience across Intellectual Property, Technology Law, Data Protection, Media & Entertainment, Arbitration, Competition Law, and complex commercial disputes.

His practice spans the full spectrum of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, brand protection, IP litigation, Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), pharmaceutical and medical device matters, keyword advertising, and advertising and disparagement disputes. He regularly advises and represents Indian and international clients on sophisticated IP and technology-related matters.

Rupin holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from The George Washington University, USA, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He has also been empanelled as Standing Counsel for SAIL before the Delhi High Court.

With a multidisciplinary practice combining IP, technology, business and dispute resolution, Rupin brings a strong understanding of how evolving technologies and regulatory developments are reshaping the protection, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property.
