Tolu Olaloye is a Partner at Jackson, Etti & Edu, a leading full-service commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria. She serves as a Head of a Unit and Strategic Advisor in Intellectual Property, Privacy & Data Protection, with extensive expertise in Cross-Border Compliance and Digital Risk Management. An alumna of the University of Ibadan (LL.B) and the University of Lagos (LL.M), Tolu also holds a Certificate in Intellectual Property, International Taxation, and Business Communication from the University of Oxford. She advises multinational blue-chip corporations in over 40 countries on a wide range of IP issues, including domain name registration, disputes, and transfers.  A committed Policy Advocate for innovation across Africa. Tolu is a member of the Technical Working Group on Geographical Indications in Nigeria and currently, chairman of Sports, Entertainment and Media Committee of the NBA Section on Business Law.
